2022 NNCI Nano + Additive Manufacturing Summit

The Annual NNCI Nano+Additive Manufacturing Summit had a great come back after a 2 year hiatus amid the COVID-19 pandemic welcoming 250+ participants. This organized effort by the KY Multiscale NNCI site has proven successful in bringing collaborations, awareness, professional and academic partnerships to the Kentucky Commonwealth region. This year’s event was celebrated jointly with the annual NNCI REU Convocation, which brought over 75 participants, mostly undergraduate students from top universities all over the country.

The venue for the 2019 Nano+AM Symposium was the newly-renovated Herman and Heddy Kurz Pavillion in the SAC building on the campus of the University of Louisville July 31-August 1, 2018.  Complimentary tours of the MNTC, Rapid Prototyping Center, Conn Center, & GE First Build were provided to participants.

SPECIAL GUESTS + INTRODUCTORY REMARKS BY: Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer, UofL President Neeli Bendapudi, and UofL Eng Dean Emmanuel Collins

The venue for the 2018 Nano+AM Symposium was the newly-renovated Speed Art Museum on the campus of the University of Louisville August 1-2, 2018.  Complimentary tours of the world famous museum were included.
